Differences between version 41 and 40 of »TableEditor«

- The new TableEditor mpi provides a nice UI for editing larger tables (so
- browsers can bear it), which often is a mess within the usual edit/ box -
- while not influencing EditThisPage in any way.

- We need to add the ability to have multiple editors in a page and the security calls to it [I|AndyFundinger]'ll do it pretty soon.
- [milky]: The _auth() call should be simple, but for making it work with
- multiple tables, you need to give each an id= or so. For something different
- (TextAnnotations) I also had the idea of generating "TextHashes" (simple
- fingerprints) to correctly associate things without giveng hard id numbers.
