TrackBack is a specification (started by MT weblog), that allows notification of linked sites (automatic backlinks).
Because ewiki now supports PingBack (which does basically the same), and TrackBack is a bit weird in that it uses it's own XML messages mixed with RSS, RDF-XML, URL profiles, and typically requires human intervention (the often seen "enter TrackBack URL here") we probably won't implement it.
