If you really want to delete pages (spam and TestPage - which we have a lot), then you can use the WikiCommander or the ewikictl commandline tool. Both available in the tools/ directory.
Typically it suffices to just empty or un-link the pages, so fewer people will stumble upon them. It's only disturbing if the PageIndex lists too many of them.
You might also want to create a page such as DeleteMe. Then just empty the pages and link to DeleteMe. Your admin then knows which pages are to be removed.
