1. Download http://erfurtwiki.sourceforge.net/downloads/spin_offs/easy/easywiki_0.7.3_win32.exe
2. Run the exe file
3. Run C:EasyWiki\start.cmd
4. Error message: "The system cannot find the file c:\easywiki\easywiki.url."
5. EasyWiki does not run at all.
