mario: Already noticed it. On top of this, it seems to appear randomly.
The SourceForge staff lately updated the project shell and web servers, and finally pumped the PHP version up to a more decent 4.3. Suddenly they enabled the brain-damaged PHP-SafeMode (which doesn't really add security, but only annoys people). And it also seems to be active only on a few of the dozen webservers driving the project homepages (like that of ErfurtWiki).
Going to file a bug report...
